We believe in the centrality of preaching. Throughout Baptist history, preaching the good news of Jesus Christ has been central to what Baptist churches do. The Great Commission commands that churches teach everything that Jesus taught. The Apostle Paul emphasized preaching. We do not follow the trend in many contemporary churches of pushing preaching aside for other methods.
